Lebanon Valley College men's basketball player Sam Light is going to wrap up his awards-laden last few days with the biggest one yet, as the U.S. Basketball Writers Association (USBWA) announced Jan. 9 that the senior guard has been named the organization's Division III Men's National Player of the Week.

LVC is well known for student-faculty collaborations that lead to presentations and publications. Two LVC English students recently had their piece "Navigating Undergraduate Publications," published on "Assay: A Journal of Nonfiction Studies."

Lebanon Valley College wishes to congratulte nearly more than 700 students named to the Dean's List for the fall 2017 semester. Dean's list students must maintain a GPA of at least 3.4 out of 4.0.

Lebanon Valley College recognized nearly 250 student-athletes who competed for the Flying Dutchmen fall athletic teams.

Lebanon Valley College's Travis Acker and Tyler Perhac have swept the Middle Atlantic Conference's (MAC) Weekly Men's Ice Hockey Awards, with Acker earning offensive player of the week honors and Perhac being named the league's defensive player of the week.

Nate Gibbons has been named an Academic All-American by the College Sports Information Directors of America and to their All-District Team. It is the second consecutive year he has earned each of these awards.

She co-authored the collaborative research paper with Dr. Chris Dolan, chair of history, politics, and global studies, and together they presented at the Northeastern Political Science Association meetings.

ANNVILLE, Pa. Five members of Lebanon Valley's men's soccer team were named to the 2017 All-MAC Commonwealth Team, announced Tuesday. Jake Kline landed on the First Team, while Tyler Skye, Riley Katshir, and Cam Avery earned Second-Team honors. Finally, Kurtis Rineer received Honorable Mention.
