Lebanon Valley College's Wig and Buckle Theater Company is pleased to announce their upcoming production of the comedy "Tartuffe" by the famous French playwright Moliere. The play is set to debut Saturday, April 18 at 8 p.m. This final production for the Company's 2014-2015 season is sure to be a hit.

Twenty Lebanon Valley College students and staff are traveling to Raleigh, N.C., March 1-7, 2015, to spend their spring break volunteering with Habitat for Humanity.

Lebanon Valley College will induct 58 high achieving students to its Phi Alpha Epsilon honor society on April 12, 2015, as part of Inquiry 2015. Membership is limited to senior students who have achieved a 3.6 GPA, completed 24 credits of LVC coursework, and earned a bronze, silver, or gold community service award.

Seventeen Lebanon Valley College students will perform recitals on campus this spring. Recitals feature a variety of instruments and vocal performances.

A Resident Assistant (RA) oversees a floor or wing in a residence hall. The RA serves as a resource for residential students and provides a residential environment conducive to the overall development of students.

Six Lebanon Valley College students completed the Interfaith Certification program during 2014. The program encourages student exploration of the faiths of others in light of the student's own religious identity both in and beyond the classroom.

Lebanon Valley College has announced its Dean's List recipients for the fall 2014 semester. Dean's list students must maintain a GPA of at least 3.4 out of 4.0.

Lebanon Valley College is pleased to announce its exclusive and inaugural cohort of students accepted through the new Early Decision admission program at The Valley. Applying through the Early Decision program, these students have expressed their sincerest intent to enroll and embrace LVC's rigorous and engaging experience.

Lebanon Valley College junior Michaela Dettinger competed against 75 other twirlers in the America Youth on Parade (AYOP), a national competition for the sport of baton twirling hosted at University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Ind.

Fifty Lebanon Valley College students recently presented their research at LVC's Fall 2014 Psychology Poster Session. Students gathered to share their experiences in Statistics & Data Analysis Lab, Research Methods Lab, Child Development Lab, and Independent Lab Research.

The inaugural Student Summit on Inclusive Excellence (SSIE) was held Monday, Nov. 17 at Lebanon Valley College. Students discussed the theoretical foundation of Inclusive Excellence and identified key related issues. Students were empowered to address these issues and enact change through educational programming.

Thirteen Lebanon Valley College students recently represented the College at the annual simulated European Union (EU) parliamentary session in Washington, D.C. A culmination of the disciplinary perspectives course, DSP 380: "EU Simulation," the trip was organized by the 12 colleges and universities of the Mid-Atlantic European Union Simulation Consortium (MAEUSC).

The Class of 2015 Gift Drive Committee recently announced their goals for the Senior Class Gift Drive. In celebration of their graduation year, committee members hope to raise $2,015 for LVC through multiple giving opportunities during the 2014-15 academic year. Generous gifts from Woodrow "Skip" Dellinger '62 will aid these fundraising efforts to not only meet, but exceed this goal.

Lebanon Valley College annually offers the O'Donnell Scholarship in English to students pursuing a degree in English with a concentration in communications, literature, theater, secondary education, or creative writing. This scholarship recognizes and rewards academic excellence.

Nineteen Lebanon Valley College students recently attended the University of Maryland, Baltimore County Undergraduate Research Symposium in the Chemical and Biological Sciences. The event was hosted by the College of Natural and Mathematical Sciences at UMBC along with the Department of Biological Sciences and the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry.
