Twenty Lebanon Valley College students recently represented the College at the annual simulated European Union (EU) parliamentary session in Washington, D.C. A culmination of the disciplinary perspectives course, DSP 380: "EU Simulation," the trip was organized by the colleges and universities of the Mid-Atlantic European Union Simulation Consortium (MAEUSC).

Lebanon Valley College welcomed a record-breaking 518 new students this fall, exceeding last year's incoming student group, which was then the largest in the College's history. The fall 2018 class includes an all-time high 473 first-year students and 45 transfers.

Lebanon Valley College named 51 students as Resident Assistants (RA) for the upcoming academic year. An RA oversees a floor or wing in a residence hall, serving as a resource for residential students and providing a residential environment conducive to the overall development of students.

Lebanon Valley College named 15 students as Mosaic Mentors for the upcoming academic year. They will provide direct and dedicated peer support to incoming and transfer ALANA (African/African American, Latina, Asian and Native American), Multicultural Fellowship, Lebanon Valley Educational Partnership, international, and LGBTQ+ identifying students.

Lebanon Valley College has chosen 62 students to serve as Valley Ambassadors. Valley Ambassadors welcome prospective students and their families, providing a tour through LVC's campus and sharing their knowledge of The Valley.

The Unites States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) announced its 2018 all-academic team and individual recipients. Both the Lebanon Valley men's and women's track & field squads earned team awards, while men's distance runner Nick Scullin achieved all-academic status.

The Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) has named Lebanon Valley one of the organization's IWLCA Zag Sports Academic Honor Squads. Julia Brewer, Jen Eck, Makenzie Kelley, and Ciara Marshall were also named to the IWLCA Zag Sports Division III Academic Honor Roll.
