Lebanon Valley College Announces Its Largest Incoming Class in History

Annville, PA (06/10/2026) — Lebanon Valley College looks forward to the arrival of 533 new undergraduate students in August, a record-setting mark that underscores the value, personalized attention, and career readiness students receive at the private college in Central Pennsylvania.

"We are excited to welcome our newest LVC community members in August," said Dr. James MacLaren, LVC President. "We are ready to support them along their journey as they go further and achieve more than they ever thought possible. We look forward to walking alongside them through all they accomplish while at LVC."

Here are a few facts and figures surrounding LVC's newest students.

  • LVC anticipates 488 first-year students and at least 45 transfer students.
  • Physical Therapy, Nursing, Speech-Language Pathology, Business Administration, and Biology will enroll the highest number of new students this fall.
  • The newest students hail from 11 states, Canada, Finland, and Germany.
  • Two hundred twenty-three students will compete for one of LVC's 28 Flying Dutchmen athletic teams.
  • LVC's newest students represent 232 high schools.

New students will arrive on campus on Thursday, August 20, and participate in four days of orientation activities.

Lebanon Valley College, founded in 1866, offers 50 majors in the health professions, sciences, education, business and digital media, and the arts and humanities. Hands-on learning, internships, and research are emphasized. LVC offers five direct-entry (bachelor's to master's) programs to streamline graduates' entry into Valley graduate programs in business and the health professions.

Eight miles from Hershey, Pennsylvania, this college of 1,600 undergraduate and over 400 graduate students produces alumni who attend prestigious graduate and professional schools and are employed by top companies and school districts.
