Lebanon Valley College inducted 141 students to its Sigma Alpha Pi honor society on April 10, 2016, as part of Inquiry 2016. Sigma Alpha Pi is the National Honor Society of Leadership and Success. The Society serves as a powerful force of good in the greater community by encouraging and organizing action to better the world. Students are selected for induction based upon their GPA and level of involvement. The Society is based on six main tenets for achieving success: finding a vision, setting goals, persevering, taking risks, pursuing your passion, and continuous improvement.

Lebanon Valley College inducted 51 students to its Phi Alpha Epsilon honor society on April 3, 2016, as part of Inquiry 2016. Membership is limited to senior students who have achieved a 3.6 GPA, completed 24 credits of LVC coursework, and earned a bronze, silver, or gold community service award.

Lebanon Valley College has named 11 outstanding students to the Pallas Society on campus. The Pallas Society is a campus-based honor society established at Lebanon Valley College on April 19, 2009. Membership consists of outstanding students, faculty, staff, and alumni who are committed to social justice in its many forms. An induction ceremony is held each year in the spring. The four pillars of the society are Truth, Diversity, Justice, and Action. The inductees were eligible for membership based on participation in the Social Justice Institute earlier this year. Lebanon Valley College has named its inductees for Beta Beta Beta, the Biology Department honor society. Tri Beta is a society for students, particularly undergraduates, dedicated to improving the understanding and appreciation of biological study and extending boundaries of human knowledge through scientific research. Lebanon Valley College has named its inductees for Phi Sigma Iota, the Department of Languages honor society, which recognizes outstanding accomplishment in the study or teaching of any of the academic fields related to foreign language, literature, or culture. These fields include not only modern foreign languages, but also classics, linguistics, philology, comparative literature, bilingual education, second language acquisition and other interdisciplinary programs with a significant foreign language component.
