Melissa West of Hamburg, Pa., is part of the Lebanon Valley College Concert Choir that performed at the American Choral Director's Association Regional Conference on Feb. 29 in Providence, R.I.

It is the first time LVC has been selected to perform in their region that includes choirs in 11 states and Washington, D.C. Led by Dr. Kyle Zeuch, Co-Chair of Music and Director of Choral Activities, the choir delivered a diverse repertoire with precision and emotion, leaving the audience spellbound and resulting in an instant standing ovation.

West, a graduate of Hamburg Area High School, is pursuing a bachelor of science in music education at The Valley.
