Majoring in Music And Music Education
Lebanon Valley College
From Brodheadsville, Pa.
Ava Sinisko of Brodheadsville, Pa., is part of the Lebanon Valley College Music Theatre Program's upcoming "9 to 5 The Musical" set for April 24-27.
Featuring a powerhouse cast and a lively score by Dolly Parton, this production brings the hilarious and empowering story of workplace justice to life.
The show follows three determined women-Violet Newstead, Judy Bernly, and Doralee Rhodes-as they take control of their office and stand up to their overbearing boss, Franklin Hart. Adding to the comedic tension is Roz Keith, Hart's infatuated and ever-watchful assistant, who will stop at nothing to protect her boss.
Sinisko is the dance captain and part of the ensemble.
Sinisko, a graduate of Pleasant Valley High School, is pursuing a bachelor of science in music and music education at The Valley.
In addition to its regular programming, LVC Music Theatre is proud to offer new accessibility options to ensure a more inclusive experience for all audience members. A sensory-friendly performance, co-produced by The ARC Lancaster Lebanon, will be held on Saturday, April 26, at 2 p.m. An ASL-interpreted performance will take place during the Saturday evening show, and audio descriptions will be provided for the Sunday matinee on April 27.
