Zachary Adams Named 2018 Lebanon Valley College Football Team Captain

Zachary Adams of Selinsgrove, Pa., is one of five student-athletes to be named captain for the Lebanon Valley College football team for the upcoming 2018 season.

Adams, a graduate of Selinsgrove Area High School, is pursuing a bachelor of science in exercise science at The Valley.

Adams started all 10 games at free safety for the Flying Dutchmen in 2017. One of the leaders in the secondary, he pulled in a pair of interceptions, broke up two passes, and recovered a fumble. He made 21 total tackles, including 16 solo stops and 0.5 TFL. He was named to the Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) Academic Honor Roll last month.
