Stephanie Metal of Commack a Student Leader at Lebanon Valley College

Stephanie Metal of Commack, N.Y., is serving as a student leader at Lebanon Valley College this year. Metal is the treasurer of Sigma Alpha Iota.

Sigma Alpha Iota is a women's international music fraternity. Formed to "uphold the highest ideals of a music education" and "to further the development of music in America", it continues to provide musical and educational resources to its members and the general public.

Metal is a junior music education major.

Lebanon Valley College is located in Annville, Pa., just 15 minutes east of Hershey and 35 minutes east of Harrisburg. Philadelphia, Washington D.C. and Baltimore are all approximately two hours from LVC. Founded in 1866, the College welcomes more than 1,600 full-time undergraduate students studying more than 30 majors, as well as self-designed majors.
