Russell Armbruster Recognized for men's golf at Lebanon Valley College

Russell Armbruster of North Ridgeville, Ohio, was one of more than 200 Lebanon Valley College students who played a varsity sport during the 2016 spring season. Armbruster, a graduate of Lutheran High School West, was a member of Lebanon Valley's men's golf team(s). Armbruster is pursuing a bachelor of science in business administration at The Valley.

The men's golf team had a solid season led by captains Aaron Brown and Matthew Eshbach. Lebanon Valley's first victory of the year came at the Dutchmen Classic, where the men finished first of 14 teams. A second place finish at the MAC Commonwealth Championship was a nice cap to a successful season. Brown and David Herbst earned second-team all-conference honors, while Brown was named to the MAC Spring Sportsmanship Team.

A member of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division III, American Collegiate Hockey Association (ACHA), Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC), and Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC), Lebanon Valley College offers 24 sports.
