Rileigh Jo Evitts Named MAC Commonwealth Offensive Player of the Week

Thanks to a record-setting performance in a victory last week, Rileigh Jo Evitts of Auburn, Pa., has been named the MAC Commonwealth Women's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week.

Her historic performance came in Lebanon Valley College's 9-1 rout of Marywood on Sept. 7 when the junior matched the single-game program record for total points with 10, and tied the program's single-game record with five goals scored. Evitts' first score of the contest also proved to be the game-winner. She netted five markers in a row in the 21st, 22nd, 56th, and 58th minutes, with her final two scores coming just 32 seconds apart.

Evitts, a graduate of Schuylkill Haven Area High School, is pursuing a bachelor of science in neuroscience at The Valley.
