Rachel Duong Recognized as First-Year Scholarship Recipient

Rachel Duong, of Harrisburg, Pa., is being recognized as one of the first-year scholarship recipients of the Lebanon Valley College class of 2019. Duong, a graduate of Harrisburg Academy, plans to study psychobiology at The Valley.

Among the incoming class of 457 students, 63 percent rank in the top 30 percent of their high school class; 7 students were valedictorians; 51 percent of students earned a scholarship worth half-tuition; and six students received the full-tuition Allwein Scholarship.
