Rachel B. Donnachie of Lebanon, Pa., was named to the spring 2012 dean's list at Lebanon Valley College, Annville, Pa. Donnachie is a early childhood education major and Cedar Crest High School graduate. Dean's list students must maintain a grade point average of 3.4 or above on a 4-point scale.
