Nicole Files Qualifies to Compete at National Business Conference

Nicole Files of Lancaster, Pa., is one of six Lebanon Valley College business students who finished in the top three of their competitive events at the 47th Pennsylvania Phi Beta Lambda State Leadership Conference in Harrisburg, Pa. They qualified to compete at the organization's National Leadership Conference in Baltimore, Md. in June.

Files, a graduate of Manheim Township High School, is pursuing a bachelor of science in accounting and business administration and Spanish at The Valley. Files placed second in the marketing concepts event.

Students competed in objective testing, performance events, and production events against colleges and universities from throughout the state including Penn State University, Temple University, University of Pittsburgh, Shippensburg University, Bloomsburg University, Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Alvernia University, Wilkes University, and many others.
