Meghan Owens to Perform Fall Recital at Lebanon Valley College

Meghan Owens is one of nine music students who will perform a fall recital with the Music Department at Lebanon Valley College.

Owens, a graduate of North East High School, is pursuing a bachelor of arts and bachelor of science in music and music education at The Valley.
