Marquis Bey of Sharon Hill Inducted to Sigma Tau Delta at Lebanon Valley College

Marquis D. Bey of Sharon Hill, Pa., was inducted to the Sigma Tau Delta honor society at Lebanon Valley College during Inquiry 2014, the College's two week long celebration of the scholarly, scientific, and creative achievements of the student body. Bey is pursuing a bachelor of arts in philosophy and American studies and English and is a graduate of Academy Park High School.

Sigma Tau Delta, the international English honor society, was established in 1924 to confer distinction for high achievement in English language, literature, and writing. Sigma Tau Delta is dedicated to fostering literacy and all aspects of the English discipline. There are more than 825 local chapters in the U.S. and abroad—and new chapters are established each year. Sigma Tau Delta inductees promote exemplary character and good fellowship and exhibit high standards of academic excellence.
