Lindsay Cirone of Hatboro a Student Leader at Lebanon Valley College

Lindsay Cirone of Hatboro, Pa., is serving as a student leader at Lebanon Valley College this year. Cirone is the treasurer of LVC Dance Team and LVC Mini-THON.

LVCdt gives students an opportunity to continue their passion for dancing thoughout their college years. The team performs at halftime during the men's basketball games and other special events, including the women's basketball Pink Game, Dutchmen Day, and ValleyFest. Their routines are influenced by hip hop, jazz, and modern dance styles.

MiniTHON benefits the Four Diamonds Fund, which helps children with cancer. They help families with medical costs, provide therapists, and fund research.

Cirone is a junior health science major.

Lebanon Valley College is located in Annville, Pa., just 15 minutes east of Hershey and 35 minutes east of Harrisburg. Philadelphia, Washington D.C. and Baltimore are all approximately two hours from LVC. Founded in 1866, the College welcomes more than 1,600 full-time undergraduate students studying more than 30 majors, as well as self-designed majors. It guarantees graduation within four years and offers automatic scholarships to students ranking in the top 30 percent of their high school class worth up to one half the cost of tuition at LVC.
