Lebanon Valley College Inducts Maria Scacchitti Into Psi Chi Honor Society

Maria Scacchitti of Kersey, Pa., was recently inducted into Psi Chi at Lebanon Valley College during the College's annual Inquiry celebration.

Scacchitti, a graduate of Elk County Christian High School, is pursuing a bachelor of science and bachelor of arts in psychology and English at The Valley.

Psi Chi, the Psychology Department honor society, was founded in 1929 for the purposes of encouraging, stimulating, and maintaining excellence in scholarship, and advancing the science of psychology. Membership is open to graduate and undergraduate men and women who are making the study of psychology one of their major interests, and who meet the minimum qualifications.
