Lebanon Valley College Inducts Erin Eckerd to the Sigma Iota Rho Honor Society

Erin Eckerd of Mechanicsburg, Pa., was recently inducted to Sigma Iota Rho, the international and global studies honor society, during Lebanon Valley College's Inquiry 2015 celebration. Eckerd, a graduate of Cumberland Valley High School, is pursuing a bachelor of arts in international studies and Spanish at The Valley.

The Sigma Iota Rho honor society exists to promote and reward scholarship and service among students and practitioners of international studies, international affairs, and global studies and to foster integrity and creative performance in the conduct of world affairs.

Inquiry 2015 coincides with the Council for Undergraduate Research's week-long celebration of student research and achievement. At LVC, we will celebrate the scholarly, scientific, and creative achievements of the student body. Inquiry events began Sunday, April 12, and conclude Friday, April 24.
