Kirsten Bannan Named Women's Lacrosse 2018 Team Captain

Lebanon Valley women's lacrosse head coach Jackie Dando has announced that Kirsten Bannan of Annapolis, Md., is one of four student-athletes who will serve as team captains for the upcoming 2018 season.

Bannan, a graduate of Saint Mary's High School, is pursuing a bachelor of science in digital communications at The Valley. Bannan is coming off a junior campaign that saw her start all 16 games for LVC. She ranked third among Dutchmen with 28 total points and 23 goals. The attack added 10 draw controls, 11 caused turnovers, and eight ground balls. She also earned a spot on the MAC Academic Honor Roll.

The Dutchmen open their 2018 season when they host Dickinson at Arnold Field on Saturday afternoon, Feb. 24.
