Katelyn Neiswender of Fredericksburg Performs Spring Recital at LVC

Katelyn Neiswender of Fredericksburg, Pa., will perform a spring voice recital at Lebanon Valley College. Neiswender, a graduate of Northern Lebanon High School , is pursuing a bachelor of science in music education and music.
