Kara Hess of Reinholds Performs Spring Recital at LVC

Kara Hess of Reinholds, Pa., will perform a spring voice recital at Lebanon Valley College. Hess, a graduate of Cocalico Senior High School, is pursuing a bachelor of arts in music business and music.
