Juliet Marsh of Glendale a Student Leader at Lebanon Valley College

Juliet Marsh of Glendale, N.Y., is serving as a student leader at Lebanon Valley College this year. Marsh is the treasurer of German Club (Deutsche Klub).

The German Club sponsors German films, parties, and attends Central Pennsylvania's American Association of Teacher's of German meetings. It also plans excursions to German events held in the area, as well as trips to New York City every fall and spring, where they eat at The Lorelei, a Kæ—¦lsch Restaurant, and explore various German events in the city such as art galleries, museums, visits to the Neue Gallerie, and the Goethe-Institut. The German Club participates in the annual International Culture Day held on campus.

Marsh is a freshman German and psychology major.

Lebanon Valley College is located in Annville, Pa., just 15 minutes east of Hershey and 35 minutes east of Harrisburg. Philadelphia, Washington D.C. and Baltimore are all approximately two hours from LVC. Founded in 1866, the College welcomes more than 1,600 full-time undergraduate students studying more than 30 majors, as well as self-designed majors. It guarantees graduation within four years and offers automatic scholarships to students ranking in the top 30 percent of their high school class worth up to one half the cost of tuition at LVC.
