Jessica Hamati-Attieh Earns Volleyball Post-Season Award

Lebanon Valley College's Jessica Hamati-Attieh of Allentown, Pa., has been awarded post-season honors for Volleyball. Hamati-Attieh was named to the All-MAC Commonwealth First Team and an American Volleyball Coaches Association All-American Honorable Mention.

Attieh was the Dutchmen's top offensive player throughout the season, totaling 383 kills and a 3.75 kills per set average, both good for second in the MAC Commonwealth. The junior added 65 total blocks this season, ranking her second on the team. In LVC's conference semifinal round match against Arcadia, Attieh became the ninth player in program history to record 1,000 kills or more. For Attieh, it is the first All-America honor of her career. She is the 10th player in program history to earn such an accolade.

Hamati-Attieh, a graduate of Bethlehem Catholic High School, is pursuing a bachelor of science in exercise science at The Valley.
