Jeanette Tropp Recognized as LVC Student-Athlete

Jeanette Tropp of Pottsville, Pa., is one of more than 200 student-athletes who competed for the Flying Dutchmen during the Fall 2016 semester. Tropp, a graduate of Nativity BVM High School, is pursuing a bachelor of science in digital communications at The Valley.

Tropp was a member of the women's cross country team. Lebanon Valley's women's cross country team turned in one of the program's strongest campaigns in recent memory this fall, capped by an impressive 19th-place finish out of 51 competing squads at the NCAA Mideast Regional Meet in November. Hannah Kurek was the team's top finisher at the Middle Atlantic Conference's (MAC) Championship Meet in October, earning all-conference honors thanks to her 15th-place individual finish. Hannah Kramlik was pegged to represent the squad on the MAC Fall Sportsmanship Team.

A member of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division III, American Collegiate Hockey Association (ACHA), Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC), and Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC), Lebanon Valley College offers 25 sports.
