Ivan Chilacha Chijou Recognized as LVC Student-Athlete

Ivan Chilacha Chijou of Harrisburg, Pa., is one of more than 200 student-athletes who competed for the Flying Dutchmen during the Fall 2017 semester. Chilacha Chijou, a graduate of Harrisburg High School, is pursuing a bachelor of science in physics at The Valley.

Chilacha Chijou was a member of the men's soccer team. Lebanon Valley turned in another outstanding season this fall. The Flying Dutchmen won 15 games, including their second-straight ECAC Division III Championship by defeating Rutgers-Camden 3-2 in late November. Nate Gibbons earned the second CoSIDA Academic All-America honor of his career.

A member of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division III, American Collegiate Hockey Association (ACHA), Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC), and Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC), Lebanon Valley College offers 25 sports.
