Ines Antensteiner of Lewisburg Inducted to Alpha Kappa Delta at Lebanon Valley College

Ines Antensteiner of Lewisburg, Pa., was inducted to the Alpha Kappa Delta honor society at Lebanon Valley College during Inquiry 2014, the College's two week long celebration of the scholarly, scientific, and creative achievements of the student body. Antensteiner is pursuing a bachelor of science in health science and sociology and is a graduate of Lewisburg Area High School.

Alpha Kappa Delta (AKD), the Sociology and Criminal Justice Department honor society, is dedicated to the ideal of Athropon Katamannthanein Diakonesin, or "to investigate humanity for the purpose of service." AKD seeks to acknowledge and promote excellence in scholarship in the study of sociology, the research of social problems, and such other social and intellectual activities as will lead to improvement in the human condition.
