Ibsen Powers of Ephrata Studying Abroad This Summer

Ibsen Powers of Ephrata, Pa. is one of 19 Lebanon Valley College students studying abroad this summer as part of the College's study abroad program, which includes 12 foreign countries and two stateside internship opportunities.

Powers, a graduate of Ephrata Senior High School, is pursuing a bachelor of arts in economics and studying in Wurzburg, Germany this summer. This summer program in Wurzburg, Germany combines daily intensive classroom instruction with organized cultural activities and excursions.

By the time they graduate, nearly 20 percent of LVC students will have spent time studying and traveling abroad, experiences that will shape and inform the rest of their lives as global citizens.
