Emma Harris Recognized as LVC Student-Athlete

Emma Harris of New Bloomfield, Pa., is one of more than 200 student-athletes who competed for the Flying Dutchmen during the Fall 2017 semester. Harris, a graduate of West Perry High School, is pursuing a bachelor of science in early childhood education and special education at The Valley.

Harris was a member of the women's soccer team. The Flying Dutchmen earned MAC Commonwealth and ECAC Division III Tournament berths after winning nine games this past season, while Rileigh Jo Evitts and Teanna Shutt earned national player of the week recognition for their individual efforts.

A member of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division III, American Collegiate Hockey Association (ACHA), Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC), and Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC), Lebanon Valley College offers 25 sports.
