Dylan Tobias of Columbia Performs Spring Recital at LVC

Dylan Tobias of Columbia, Md., is one of the 17 students to perform a spring recital at Lebanon Valley College. Tobias, a graduate of Wilde Lake High School, is pursuing a bachelor of arts in music.
