Drue Bahajak of Middletown a Student Leader at Lebanon Valley College

Drue Bahajak of Middletown, Pa., is serving as a student leader at Lebanon Valley College this year. Bahajak is the treasurer of Tri-Beta Biological Honor Society.

Beta Beta Beta, a National Biological Honor Society, is open to majors in the biological sciences. Membership is by invitation. To become a member one must have completed 3 courses in Biology and maintained an average 3.0 in Biology and a 3.0 overall. Beta Beta Beta hosts various speakers and panels. Members of Beta Beta Beta present topics of their own independent research at annual district meetings.

Bahajak is a senior biology major.

Lebanon Valley College is located in Annville, Pa., just 15 minutes east of Hershey and 35 minutes east of Harrisburg. Philadelphia, Washington D.C. and Baltimore are all approximately two hours from LVC. Founded in 1866, the College welcomes more than 1,600 full-time undergraduate students studying more than 30 majors, as well as self-designed majors. It guarantees graduation within four years and offers automatic scholarships to students ranking in the top 30 percent of their high school class worth up to one half the cost of tuition at LVC.
