Dean Howey of Ocean City Performs Spring Recital at LVC

Dean Howey of Ocean City, N.J., is one of the 17 students to perform a spring recital at Lebanon Valley College. Howey, a graduate of Ocean City High School, is pursuing a bachelor of science in music education.
