Daniel Thompson Recognized at LVC's Celebration of Student Success

Daniel R. Thompson of Central Islip, N.Y., was among 150 students recognized by Lebanon Valley College for making an impact on the campus as a new student. The Celebration of Student Success reception, held Feb. 19 in Mund College Center, honored the student's achievement.
Thompson is a graduate of Central Islip High School and is pursuing a bachelor of arts in sociology.
The honorees were nominated by faculty and administrators for standing out in the classroom, in their work with classmates, as student leaders, in on-campus employment, or in extracurricular activities such as athletics, performance, or volunteerism. Dr. Lewis Evitts Thayne, LVC president, congratulated the students for this commendable recognition.
