Brandon McMinn Recognized for Attending Leadership Conference

Brandon McMinn of Hanover, is one of 11 Lebanon Valley College students who attended the College's sixth annual Leadership Conference. The theme of this year's conference was "Leadership: The Challenge of Change."

The conference included four sessions discussing change and leadership in a wide variety of ways. Dr. Armenta Hinton, equity and Title IX coordinator at Elizabethtown College delivered the keynote address. The conference also discussed subjects such as how leadership skills can change the lives of people locally and globally, the development of self-awareness/observation needed for effective leadership within an ever-changing business context, and how training the mind allows you to cultivate leadership excellence.
