Brandon McMinn Qualifies to Compete at National Business Conference

Brandon McMinn of Hanover, Pa., is one of six Lebanon Valley College business students who finished in the top three of their competitive events at the 47th Pennsylvania Phi Beta Lambda State Leadership Conference in Harrisburg, Pa. They qualified to compete at the organization's National Leadership Conference in Baltimore, Md. in June.

McMinn, a graduate of South Western High School, is pursuing a bachelor of science in business administration and accounting at The Valley. McMinn placed second in accounting for professionals event and third in marketing concepts.

Students competed in objective testing, performance events, and production events against colleges and universities from throughout the state including Penn State University, Temple University, University of Pittsburgh, Shippensburg University, Bloomsburg University, Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Alvernia University, Wilkes University, and many others.
