Ashton Mooday to Perform with The Pride of The Valley Marching Band

Ashton Mooday of Worton, Md., will march with the 2017 Pride of The Valley Marching Band of Lebanon Valley College. Mooday, a graduate of Kent County High School, is pursuing a bachelor of science in music education and music at The Valley.

The Pride of The Valley Marching Band includes 135 students, both music and non-music majors representing almost every academic program on campus. The marching band performs at all home football games as well as appearances at various exhibitions throughout the fall semester.

This year's show "Endless Void - A Space Apocalypse" features the music: "Little" Fugue in G Minor by Johann Sebastian Bach, Enterprising Young Men from Star Trek by Michael Giacchino, All Along the Watchtower by Bob Dylan, Apocalypse by Bear McCreary, and Battle in the Mutara Nebula from Star Trek II by James Horner.

Drum majors this year are Katelyn Neiswender, Eric Boyd, and Ashton Mooday.
