Anna Quinn Participated in Student Summit on Inclusive Excellence at LVC

Anna Quinn of Woodbine, Md., was one of 17 Lebanon Valley College students who participated in the inaugural Student Summit on Inclusive Excellence (SSIE) at LVC. Quinn, a graduate of Glenelg High School, is pursuing a bachelor of arts in Spanish and global studies at The Valley.

Participation in SSIE is a highly selective and prestigious leadership opportunity at LVC. Quinn was nominated by the College's Committee on Inclusive Excellence to take part in the discussion. SSIE strives to increase student knowledge and awareness about the issues of inclusive excellence while also empowering students to actively shape their culture. The summit gives students a chance to be part of an involved citizenry that helps provide solutions to the social problems that may challenge the community.

Quinn's participation in SSIE supports the College's commitment to foster greater understanding of individual, societal, and group differences at every level of college life. Quinn's voice plays a critical role in intentionally integrating those differences into the core aspects of the institution.
