Andrea Barr of Willow Street a Student Leader at Lebanon Valley College

Andrea Barr of Willow Street, Pa., is serving as a student leader at Lebanon Valley College this year. Barr is the secretary of Tri-Beta Biological Honor Society.

Beta Beta Beta, a National Biological Honor Society, is open to majors in the biological sciences. Membership is by invitation. To become a member one must have completed 3 courses in Biology and maintained an average 3.0 in Biology and a 3.0 overall. Beta Beta Beta hosts various speakers and panels. Members of Beta Beta Beta present topics of their own independent research at annual district meetings.

Barr is a senior biology major.

Lebanon Valley College is located in Annville, Pa., just 15 minutes east of Hershey and 35 minutes east of Harrisburg.
